We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who wants to learn how you can turn our merchants into our biggest ambassadors. You’ll be able to build strong relationships with our customers.

  • Support and collaborate with the Sales team.
  • Focus on building trust with our customers.
  • Help with strategies, onboarding flows, and marketing activities.
  • Collaborating interdepartmentally – to add value to each step of the customer journey.
  • Collecting feedback and sharing it with our product teams.
  • Attend customer calls to capture notes on customer feedback, action items and next steps

What are we looking for?

  • You will start with a full-time time contract based on 40 hours a week.
  • You speak fluently Dutch
  • You have a passion for people
  • You are motivated, proactive, and independent.

Nice to haves:

  • You speak several languages.
  • Experience in the SaaS Cloud industry, online platforms, technology, and the internet is a plus.

  • You must be enrolled at a school/university for the entire internship period.

We are looking for:

  • Senior Laravel developer that will be responsible for new features and integrations with e-commerce platforms
  • You have at least 4 years of experience with building complex business applications in Laravel
  • You’re experienced in Agile methodologies using GIT
  • Your English is fluent in speaking and writing.

As our Developer you will:

  • Plan and develop the project, monitor project progress and set deadlines
    Assist with the integration of our products using modern frontend frameworks like Laravel and React; backend like PHP
  • Validate functional discovery, scope, and solution design decisions for product integrations
  • Make architectural decisions related to and advise our customers and partners
    Develop & improve the usability of the API’s, add-on’s and plugins of our SaaS solution, either through improved code or improvements in technical documentation and training guides
