Droppery expands internationally with new office in Cologne

Amsterdam-based Droppery, known for its automated dropshipping SaaS platform, has taken a major step in its international growth by opening a new office in Cologne, Germany. CEO Marco Mulder explains that Germany was a natural next step: “Our first goal was to expand toward Germany and continue our journey there. With our team and client base growing rapidly in the DACH region, we plan to expand gradually.”

Redefining dropshipping
Although dropshipping has existed for years, it often came with challenges such as poor product quality and long delivery times. Droppery’s mission is to solve these problems by offering an automated, sustainable, and transparent model that helps suppliers and brands scale efficiently.

Focus on the mid- to high-end market
Droppery serves suppliers and retailers in the mid-to-high-end segment, including home décor, garden furniture, outdoor living, sports, and niche products like wine coolers. With over 1.5 million webshops in Europe and one in five consumers shopping cross-border, Droppery aims to become Europe’s go-to platform for automated dropshipping, offering brands new sales channels and retailers scalable growth opportunities.

Why Germany?
Germany represents a key market for Droppery due to its size, diversity, and concentration of brands and suppliers. With CCO Robin Jonathan van der Heiden being a native German and a multilingual international team in place, the company is well positioned to serve the region. Cologne, located close to many of Droppery’s partners, also provides direct links to the Amsterdam headquarters, streamlining both domestic and international operations.
