Partnership between Droppery and Livingfurn transforms Gelderland furniture wholesaler

Exactly a year ago, Raymond Klein (Livingfurn) and Marco Mulder (Droppery) met at a trade fair in Brussels. It quickly became clear that their companies could complement each other perfectly. Now, the furniture wholesaler and the software company have officially joined forces, and the first results are already visible.

“Everything is up and running. Several retailers are already on board, and the first orders are coming in,” says Marco enthusiastically. “Personally, I really like Livingfurn’s Brix Collection. If I had a store, I’d definitely include it. This partnership offers retailers a great opportunity to easily add these products to their assortment through our platform.”

Automation and efficiency for retailers
Droppery helps wholesalers and manufacturers manage product data, inventory, order processing, and dropshipping. “Livingfurn noticed that many retailers struggle with product data issues, often still using Excel or WeTransfer to exchange files. Our integrations automate these processes,” explains Marco.

Through Droppery, retailers can easily add Livingfurn’s collections to their webshops while gaining real-time insight into stock levels and delivery times.

Supporting logistics while keeping B2B focus
Livingfurn now allows its retailers to sell collections they don’t hold in stock. These products are shipped directly to consumers, though Livingfurn remains strictly B2B. “Our logistics aren’t designed for consumer deliveries,” says Raymond. “That’s where Droppery steps in. Acting on behalf of the retailer, Droppery arranges delivery through a partner, ensuring the process remains B2B.”

New sales channel and better service
For Livingfurn, Droppery provides a new sales channel that requires no extra work, but the main goal is to enhance service to existing clients. “Major retailers already working with Livingfurn are now gradually switching to Droppery,” Marco explains. “This automates their collaboration with Livingfurn. It’s a two-way partnership — Livingfurn offers the opportunity to its clients, and Droppery provides the technical expertise to make it happen.”
